Cub Pack Toilet Twinning Challenge

Date: 20th Jan 2026 Author: Grace Smith

Our 15th Bromley Cub Pack raised funds with a sponsored Dodgeball night for the Toilet Twinning Charity. This was all part of their Global Issues Badge. On the back of the donations the Cub Pack were able to twin with 3 toilets in Nepal (read more here).

The cost of each toilet is 60£. Our scouts worked hard to gather funds for 3 of these, helping the charity support better hygiene for communities in Nepal, where often floods destroy sanitation infrastructure, droughts make hygiene nearly impossible, and when toilet systems fail, untreated waste can spread diseases like diarrhoea and cholera.
